Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate return to second reading for the purpose of specific amendments, those being amendments presently on the Secretary's desk. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(FIN) am was returned to second reading. Senator Pearce offered Amendment No. 19 : Page 1, line 1 through page 117, line 8: Delete all material and insert: The text contained in CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(FIN) am(reengrossed) is Amendment No. 19 and will be published in Senate Supplement No. 7 at a later date.
